About Me
Aus was born in 1979 and studied hospitality in 1994, moving on to university and graduating with a degree.
I had very little interest in sport or being active, and was overweight with very little strength. I suffered back pain through curvature in the spine, not helped by a rounded midsection. I was 107kg and my knowledge of health, fitness, and bodybuilding was almost not-existent.
A friend of mine who loves working out asked me to go with him to the gym one day and I had nothing to lose. I went, and absolutely loved it!
From that point, there was no looking back. I knew this was my calling and I had to change my life around. I started training and seeking trainers that would help in the right direction.
I have had the privilege of working with some great international champions, who have years of experience in the field of bodybuilding. These are Juad Al-Musaoy, Sabah Tableb, Alawy Al-Azawy Bhtam Adnan, Talib Shahab and Ahmed Al-Rbiay. Those guys are Asian champions, Arab champions.
My current trainer, my best friend, and a brother is champion bodybuilder Firas Jirjees, winner of the under 100kg category at Arnold Classic, in Melbourne Australia. He took out the silver medal in the overall Mr. Olympia title after his category win catapulted him though to the heavyweight round. He was also named champion of the IFBB Australasian Championships in Sydney and has many other Asian and Arab Championships under his belt. He has taught me so much over the years, an experience that I have the honor of passing on to you.
Now I have more than 20 years' experiences in bodybuilding, an international certificate from Weider and have developed programs to assist many people to achieve their goals
With flexible meals and training plans, I can design programs to fit around you, choose when a train and what you eat. Contact me now to start your journey.
